What content can Liyobot learn from?
Liyobot ingests PDF and Word documents and can crawl an entire website. It splits the content into chunks, creates embeddings and retrieves the most relevant passages for each question, so answers stay grounded in your material rather than generic knowledge. You can add or remove sources whenever you like.
Is my data private and secure?
Yes. Each customer's data is isolated, encrypted, and protected by strict access controls with activity logging on every request. You keep ownership of everything you upload, and Liyobot only processes it to operate your chatbots. Full details are in our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
Can I capture leads and see conversations?
Yes. You can collect visitor details such as name and email in a pre-chat form, store every conversation, and export leads to CSV. Liyobot can also email a transcript to your team the moment a chat ends, so no enquiry is missed.
Can I pay without a card in Fiji?
