Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) describes what you may and may not do with Liyobot. It is part of our Terms of Service. If you break this Policy, we may suspend or terminate your access.

You must not

• Use the Service for anything illegal, fraudulent, harmful, or deceptive.
• Upload or generate content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or infringes anyone’s rights.
• Use the Service to send spam, or to collect personal data without a lawful basis and proper notice.
• Attempt to probe, scan, breach, or overload the Service, or bypass rate limits, quotas, or billing.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or self-host our widget or software to circumvent the Service or its paid features.
• Remove, hide, or alter the “Powered by Liyobot” branding, except through a plan that explicitly allows white-labelling.
• Use another organisation’s chatbot ID, or embed a chatbot on a website you are not authorised to use it on.
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.
• Use the Service to build a competing product, or to train a competing model on our outputs.

Embedding rules

Each chatbot is restricted to the domain you specify, to protect your embed code from misuse. You are responsible for the websites you embed your chatbots on and for the content those chatbots provide to your visitors.

Fair use

The Service is subject to your plan’s allowances (chatbots, indexed pages, messages, and file storage) and rate-limited to keep it reliable for everyone. Automated or excessive use that degrades the Service for others is not permitted.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take action, including removing content, suspending chatbots, or terminating accounts. Where appropriate, we may report unlawful activity to the relevant authorities.
