Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Liyobot (the “Service”), operated by Liyobot (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Liyobot lets you create AI-powered chatbots, train them on your own content, and embed them on your website. Features, limits, and availability may change over time as we improve the Service.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when you register and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

3. Acceptable use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. Among other things, you may not remove or alter the “Powered by Liyobot” branding except where a plan explicitly permits white-labelling, and you may not copy or self-host our widget code to circumvent the Service.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the content you upload or connect to a chatbot (documents, website content, and conversation data — “Your Content”). You grant us a limited licence to process Your Content solely to operate and provide the Service to you (for example, to generate answers and store conversation history). You are responsible for having the rights to use Your Content and for ensuring it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

5. Billing and plans

Liyobot is offered on tiered subscription plans (currently Starter, Growth, and Business), each available with monthly or annual billing and with set allowances for chatbots, indexed pages, messages, and file storage. Indexed-page and storage allowances apply per chatbot; the monthly message allowance is shared across your account. New accounts get a 30-day free trial, on the plan tier selected at sign-up and with that tier’s full allowances. Starting the trial requires a valid payment method: your card is stored but not charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel at any time before then without paying. If you have no card, contact us to arrange offline payment (M-PAiSA, MyCash, cash, and bank transfer) and we will activate your plan manually. If you choose a plan after the trial has ended, billing starts immediately. Optional paid add-ons may be available for some plans. Prices are shown in USD on our website and may change with notice. Payments and taxes are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, widget, design, and trademarks, is owned by us and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the Service as described here.

7. Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, AI, hosting, email, and payment providers). Your use of the Service may be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. AI-generated responses may be inaccurate or incomplete; you are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a way that risks harm to us, other users, or third parties. You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Liyobot operates, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
